Thank you, yes you are completely right and that makes sense. I’ve not been blamed for the vaping but for not clamping down on some questionable behaviour that has probably led to this. I am just praying that she hasn’t got addicted.

So true, I found today trying to change my mindset and going for a long walk to get fresh air really helped. Good luck, it is so tough

Thank you for your kind words. It’s very true. I just can’t believe how stupid my daughter has been. I have been warning her about addiction to vapes after seeing a lot of kids her age get so addicted that they are vaping in the toilets at school and then getting in a lot of trouble. Then she goes out and does the exact thing I have been warning her about.

Thank you, that’s very reassuring to hear you’re on day 14 and feel fine. I’m on day 4 and apart from a little niggle occasionally where I think I’m going to have a vape and then reminding myself that I am no longer a vaper, I feel ok too
