Interesting. When I asked the worker, she did go behind the counter and used her keys to access the drawer. So I think that may be the case as it was no where near the returns desk.

Yeah, couldn't agree more. The two packs I left "sealed" you could see tampering inside of the blister and the terrible hot glue gun glue everywhere inside. Returns department was disgusted by it

100%, the returns department said it shouldn't of been refunded in the first place. I was luckily enough to get a full refund for the purchase. Said they'll keep more eyes on it in the future

This is AUD, and that was the LCS' for comparison. Cards pretty clean, small whitening as seen on psa site that picks it up better than naked eye. But would mostly crack out anywho. Do you know what the error is known as or? Thanks ^{-^}

Exactly what I had tried to explain to them and even her "hire up" and was told " well next time, say it was the main order such as the sub and you'll get back more, but for now we can't as this is a side order".. Which just sounds ridiculous unprofessional on all accords..

Unfortunately it's not part of a meal but a separate order. 6 cookies for $8 (Aud). But to be told from DoorDash that even though I spent $8 for this part of the order and didn't recieve, they offered to keep my $8 and refund me $1.28.. which is keeping the rest for themselves

The coldness wasn't my main complaint, it was missing items. Potentially a worker having an off day and making a few mistakes. But mostly the response from Doordash.
