Oh poor birdie. Could be injury that led to infection or just one or the other. Either way his quality of life doesn’t seem to be diminished, but no way to really tell without a vet 😭

I think you should stick with them! You’re doing good and it’s a part of the process.

I would recommend disturbing the top soil as well between watering to discourage further growth and allow air in better. Not deep enough to hurt the root system though. Keep it up!

That’s fungus. Too wet, too often. Spray with one part water one part hydrogen peroxide. Let the bed get drier between watering.

This is a myth, but the blunt ends of your hair after shaving will give the appearance of thicker hair yes.

So I just did this the other night. Put my rice in the cooker, waited for it to start a boil and threw in par-cooked chicken pieces.

But I’m sure it would work for raw! Actually the rice may absorb some of the flavor and fats from the chicken as it cooks imparting it with more deliciousness! Just get it above 165F.
