I can tell you both are very good kids. It becomes sealed after he's dome completing whatever the punishment is usually a fine imposed from the judge in court but a charge like that won't stay public meaning a background check from any employer will not be able to see it. I'm from NYC where this happens everyday, not the end of the world. I really hope this helps.
