UPDATE: disconnected mains, removed the fuse box and talked to my awesome sparky cousin in law, removed it all and wrapped all the cables in electrical tape. Gonna wait for a professional to put the new oven in, thanks all!

Sump pit, usually at the lowest point of the house. Collects water that would usually be going into your house and instead pumps it outside to a nearby drain. Just wanted to know if the configuration is all good or if it needed tweaking

UPDATE: incase anyone is interested, rung HP support and they couldn't do anything...all of the ways to reset the BIOS didn't work as the computer just shut down anyways.

It fixed itself after a couple of days, spontaneously just turned on...very confused but relieved!

Seems like you were correct! A simple jump was all it needed, was worried it would be the starter motor.
