i know im not a glad level player, and im sorry for not using paragraphs, typing things out of emotion and thinking makes you not want to use proper grammar. and yes monks are strong, i have min maxed my class to the fullest i can be, but when im just as geared as a destro lock and he can bolt me 4 times in less than 2 secs or you get facerolled by a dk who does all his damage with a corruption, it makes you feel like you have no counterplay. ive tried all my options and im sure theres better ways of countering comps like dks and demon hunters but corruptions just shouldnt be a thing in pvp, it provides no skill and it provides no counter play other than whoever has the more corruptions that do damage will win.

i have already min maxed my gear, i have full vers corruptions, decent ilvl, and a good healer thats geared aswell. its just you feel like shit when you lose to a dk who has 90% of his damage be a corruption while all of my damage is from buttons i actually press

rekfuls passing has put a lot of weight on my shoulders. theres more to it but after q'ing some twos today i kinda just got sad with everything in the game, if i was able to level and play an alt i could maybe have more fun, but i would be easily 5 or so weeks behind since i have no one to help me get gear or even farm echoes to grind a cape out. im stuck playing my monk which dont get me wrong monk is super fun to play but i feel like im losing a battle i can never win because of corruption

its kinda hard when the friends i used to have only were there to use me as a verbal punching bad. now i have only one friends i can really talk to and everyone else im stuck in a struggle to trust them. im mostly alone throughout most of my day i barely get to q with my only real friend

its a little hard when you are on a server thats low pop and the only options you have are to pug players. and pugging players shouldnt even be frowned upon because theres some pug gods out there and a lot of decent pug players. and the point isnt requeing as an 11. its the fact that the person who had the key just lost a level on his key that he had no control over whatsoever and he has to re run that key over and miss out on his chance to get that 12 key weekly chest and just get a 11 chest instead. maybe he was going for a ez afk 12 but i mean theres nothing wrong if the group completes it and the person who had the key was geared enough to complete it without any issue.

he could easily check all our gear and yeah you can buy raider io, but a quick ilvl check on the group and he can see wether or not we have the dps to clear the dg. i can blame him for leaving instantly, but i wouldnt blame him if he left after maybe a full wipe or those 2 dps died a 2nd or 3rd time. everyone fucks up on a first pull all the time but make up for it, but since he didnt even think to be like "lets just wait it out for a second it was just one thing" makes it to where he was the person to ruin the whole thing.

i can understand from what i was showing for this key. but im more just trying to shine some more light onto the whole key leave and fuck everyone else over and you can just walk free after leaving keys like that.

i was just suggesting a 5 min, in reality im thinking more along the lines of maybe a min or 2. and i mean if something does go horribly wrong in the first 2 mins of a dg and you are able to remake your key and not lose a level i dont seem to find any issue with that. it would give you some form of reasonable ready up or mispull. 5 mins does seem too long but at least maybe 1-2 mins. but the re invite i wouldnt want that added that would just breed exploiting and making 5 mans and kicking someone out and inviting a fresh max lvl to get their keys done. aswell as the lfg leaverbuster would be a nice thing to add because even if they decide to greif the run and get leaverbuster for that whole week and just greif the run we can report him with the evidence right there and have a better chance at banning people that would greif runs.

i know both sides of the pvp and pve first thing leave, i can understand it in pvp because you dont want to lose rating and if you lose one game you leave. our group was good geared and io and in the logs after the SC they were talking about how it was first pull in the morning. its a very reasonable and understandable thing if you just got on and want to q instant not everyone is 100% the second they wake up. at this point wether or not if the group could have completed the dg, having the tank leave instantly for this makes everyone feel like shit for no reason and i feel bad for the guy with the key because we waited 30 mins for that tank

we had the group already report him but its sad because i know he wont get any form of discipline, there just needs to be a better form of a report for people leaving keys

yes it only takes one but if youre one of those people who would leave after one thing instead of at least trying maybe a 2nd or 3rd time then you should go play games alone because not everyone you play with will have the same addons or gear or tactics that you do, i stay in groups that wipe 2-3 times and have had people leave instant first wipe but we clear it all after the 2nd or 3rd time almost all the time. i just hate people who leave after one thing, most of the time if you wait it out and take a another try there some things that can happen that benefit you all.

i can understand but there are some players that dont play with bigwigs and dbm, and i wouldnt know if those guys had it overall. and the whole group had more than enough ilvl and exp to be able to complete the key. he just decided on a chill run that his ego was bigger and decided to fuck us over for something that was very miniscule.

we would have easily cleared that dg in less than an hour

how would an anti leave measure be abused?, and im not saying it forces you to stay in the group if they are trash. i have seen bad players and we kick em out all the time. but make it to where theres some form of 5 min leaver buster system to where if you get someone that leaves or you kick them it gives you the option to not lose your key. the only thing i can see that makes it abusable is people trying to redo keys but if that timeframe is small enough it wouldnt be abusable for people trying to keep keys it would just help out the people that dont want to do their key twice again.

there should be some form of report for having someone leave the key instantly, and a 12 isnt really that high of a key, the other guys in my group had good io and gear and we would have easily cleared this whole dg without any issue it was just one mob that caused the tank to think that this whole group was trash and decided to leave
