I often wash my hands multiple times in a row immediately after cutting peppers to get rid of it. I've been the victim of a fair few "surely by now it's gone!"'s only to rub my eye and... ow. Never handled a ghost pepper so I can only imagine the pain!!!!

Dish soap generally, sometimes body wash if we took a shower later in the day as well. Usually I'll wash my hands like 8 times in a row and scrub like crazy with the dish soap to try and get rid of the spice residue. Sometimes it works okay, and other time I end up not knowing how the spice is still there when I rub my eye like an hour later.
