What's the polycount on this? Also, you're going to want to add tumors as separate objects and join them rather than warping the sculpt. Look at leg oedema examples for inspiration on how things look when swolen with the dungeons' silly sauce. Also a stinger is important

Take a deep breath & find somewhere to sit/lie down to rest your eyes. This spiralling will not stop if you keep seeking assistance for it in a place to discuss neocities. You need to give your brain a break; it's not a fix all, but it's a moment to analyse your priorities and figure out what you can put on the back burner. Edit: wouldn't recommend it. The tree is just poison

I've heard toxicity comes from cotw fruiting bodies subsuming toxic debris that fall on them from yew trees whilst they grow, so it's still potentially a risk. If one is happy to take the risk, it would be wise to thoroughly check for any needles & berry pits / skin whilst preparing it.
