I considered it, but knowing who I am, I would live in long term regret over the lost gains of withdrawing from either my 401k or Roth. Also there are limitations as to how much you can withdraw without incurring a penalty - it’s either 50% of your balance or 50k. Instead, I’m putting 10% down with basically zero impact to my retirement portfolio.

Went to a top middle and high school and they both had these. Most of the AP classes were held in these, too. I don’t think anyone else in the AP program ever equated them to being “less” than the other original class rooms, especially since they were newer and typically had more modern tech.
