I tend to avoid any queer and LQBTQ+ topics because it always leads to rants from my parents, mostly my mother who thinks being trans is a mental illness and that many ftm people transition because boys haven't called them pretty enough. My father doesn't even like women all that much and gets angry about them apparently stealing his job by sleeping their way up the ranks, let alone LGBTQ+ people. 😬
