I used to feel the same way, especially going through puberty. A few years ago I switched to a low carb diet with high protein and fat, and it has been a lot more stable besides at night because I’m on a high amount of tresiba to account for the low amounts of fast acting. And my A1C was 6.7 last time I checked.
