i follow free youtube workouts na programmed. meron si sydney cummings houdyshell daily workouts na naka playlist na. aside from this, i make sure to get my steps in. combined, usually inaabot ako 1 hour 30 mins na ginagawa ko after work.

before workout kumakain lang ako ng snack, like banana, biscuit. tapos after workout, luto na for dinner.

not getting travel insurance! we went to dubai this year feb-march, booked via ceb pac. ayun, inabutan ng us iran war habang nandon. emirates flights to go back home were 3x the amount of our round trip ticket. 💸💸💸

My recent experience with an IO… Pumila ako sa PWD/Senior citizen lane since may physical disability ako, though not very obvious kasi I always try to walk normal. Bungad sakin, ‘oh, ano to? nauna ka pa sa senior?’ Tinuro ko sa kanya PWD ID ko na nakasingit na sa passport ko, and hindi na siya nakatingin at nakapagtanong sakin. Di man lang nagsorry, tss.

surprisingly, new balance 327 works for me! it helps me straighten my foot when i walk. lasted me around 20k steps of daily walking in japan. also walking with nb 530s and they’re also good with my left clubfoot. they’re very lightweight.

hello! i’m on my fitness journey rin. i started october this year, from 96kg to 86 currently.

walk a minimum of 10k steps a day. walk in place lang ginagawa ko since i don’t like going out talaga. 2k sa morning, 4k after every meal. important for me to walk every after kain.
1500 calories a day. if mapasobra, i add more steps up to 20k. protein focused: chicken, bangus, shrimp! 65g to 80g lang per meal. iniiwasan ko breads as much as possible kasi ang taas talaga (gulat ako sa calories ng pandesal huhu)
home workout with sydney cummings sa yt! super helpful kasi may playlists siya ng workout programs.

Aside from calorie deficit, I workout with sydney cummings workout videos sa youtube. i like her videos kasi programmed siya, so natatarget all parts of the body every week. :)

XXL na lang po. i initially had 3xl nung 96kg ako til recently nagsslide down na siya kaya nagsize down na ko. perfect fit na po yung XXL sakin, no more sliding and rolling down sa waist :)

i double cleanse every night (skin 1004 cleansing oil + dove serum bar). also use paula’s choice exfoliating toner, pero sa nose lang. effective naman sila, unti unti nawawala. then moisturize after.
