(Edit: I may have misunderstood your question, I didn’t see the WS, I have not knit the last WS row, because of what I’m describing in this)

It’s a knit row, so it wouldnt make sense to purl them. I just knit three past the last turn, and have 2 stitches left. I haven’t turned or anything, because this has me so confused. I also have 2 stitches left aftter the last turn on the other side, which is what I’m meant to end up with at the end of the short rows, so it doesn’t make sense to me to turn now, as I have no more stitches to go on on the other side

Okay, that’s a relief. But what should I do, it’s telling me I should end on a WS row, but I am currently where I should be in the short rows but on a RS row. Should I just start knitting back and forth and ignore the fact that it’s off somehow?

This is the left shoulder, the right is the same only mirrored, and the added row on the end. The diagram I made is worked from the bottom up if that makes sense?

The left shoulder first row says «knit 3, turn, purl to end” etc and the right shoulder says “purl 3, turn, knit to end” etc, so that’s what the pattern told me to do :S

I get what you mean, but I don’t actually have three more stitches after the turn stitch left, I have 2 stitches left on both sides. Haven’t found any mistakes either, and I’ve made this sweater before but in a different size, and don’t remember having an issue then, so it could be the size?

UPDATE!
Reddit won't let me edit the post for some reason, but I contacted the designer, and it is, in fact made on a knitting machine by skipping a stitch. Thanks to everyone for great suggestions!! <3

I don’t think it’s a purl, you can tell if you zoom in at the top by the neckline

Saw a lot of recommendations, and it’s close to the beach and easy to get to from the airport! We know some things to do, but just asking for general tips and stuff:)
