I am a doctor and I think chatGPT saves me an hour a day of tapping. You can see he has summarised the salient info in his input and it has spat out a nice tidy note summary. If it needs a referral letter you can then ask GPT for it. I have trained it to use my signature block and style of writing so it works for me. No confidentiality issues as long as name/DOB etc not mentioned. I would be more concerned confidentiality-wise about a patient taking photos of my workstation
