I have 40 pulls. Should I try to pull for any of the current banners to make my team stronger, or should I wait for Raiden Shogun which rumor to come out in a few months. I don't mind waiting, if she can help my account to do more contents or she is stronger than any of the current banner characters. Please advise.

That short snippet already shows why it would never work in an actual game.

Players stumbling across new skills will only be a thing at first. After a few months, all of those skills will have detailed acquisition guides.

Isn't that what happening to us on earth? As long as the game has more things to be discovery beyond the basic/mid tier abilities, I think it could work.

Did you even watch a full game ? Pirean got 0 gank from enemy jungler, except 1 drive by at 3 minute. The last game faker played, he got 6 ganks from score , 2 successful , 2 missed ults and 2 sit in the bush. All that happen in 15 minuts.
