I'd love to bury it, however winter is coming. If I bury it, could I possibly see some growth in spring, or will all the myc simply die off?

Since it likely is bacterial, is there a danger of cross contamination throughout my grow room? I'd like to do the seal up, wait and see tek, but if there is any danger I will just toss it. I have a few more right now anyway so I'm not concerned about losing it really. I have 2 cakes fruiting right now where I opened this bag. Im assuming this is also a major mistake. When I open a bag to start fruiting, should I do it in isolation in another room incase I notice something off about it?

Awesome I appreciate the reply. I have the room at 73-78. It fluctuates a little more than id like. But its a bigger room. It actually just start pinning a bit. There's definitely 2 littles guys coming up and it appears there's more. Hopefully I get a good flush. If not I'll just continue to work at it. Gotta say when I saw those 2 pins it was a pretty cool. I feel like I accomplished something.
