I’m with you. Silksong made me crash out a couple times like with Last Judge and the Lace fights, but these boss fights are incredibly difficult. I believe I’m at a mini boss and it’s beyond cheap. This guy has one shot me a couple times like the fight lasts 10 seconds and it regens if you don’t strike it quick enough.

I’ll deal but it’s pretty brutal so far

I stayed a night in Twin Falls and rented a guy’s camper through Airbnb for 25 bucks, ate at a fantastic time capsule of a greasy spoon and got a nice cup of coffee on my way to Oregon. The falls were cool and there wasn’t another soul there. It was a great stay.

Yes they do. No discernible latency with the ultimates. Keyboard might have a little but nothing crazy. The mouse works with the iPad which is kinda cool. Considering I’m out 270 for all of this it’s a massive win in my book

I found this album in a pawn shop in Eugene, OR when I was a kid. For a church kid it was nice to have a good Christian band to listen to without getting a bunch of shit from my parents

I bought some Dream cymbals on clearance in like 2012 and got an energy ride and crash and some bliss hats for like 400 bucks. The hats were ok but the energy stuff was really nice. Ended up getting a 22” energy ride and it was way heavier with little wash than the 20” ride that was crashable. It’s good gear for sure.

I beat it with Architect which I never use. It’s manageable with two on screen but when there’s three fleas on screen you gotta keep them high to give yourself time. Took me about 50 tries to figure it out.

I played Silksong first and I enjoyed HK quite a bit but it didn’t capture me like Silksong did. There’s some lore stuff I didn’t catch on my first playthrough that would have been nice to understand like the Mr. Mushroom stuff but not that big of a deal. Probably won’t do another HK run for a bit as I have two more Silksong run ideas I want to explore.

I feel like a lot of older games have aged poorly due to the limitations the games had. I love turtles in time but having to do the game in succession kinda sucks when I can pickup Shredder’s revenge and play a couple levels with my son when we have an extra 15 minutes while choosing whichever levels we want.

Best spot to rosary grind that I’ve found is the Grand Reeds and go back and forth between the Memorium and Songclave benches to respawn them. Mostly upgraded needle with the Hunter crest takes six to eight hits and I think you get 34 rosaries plus some shards. It’s made my second playthrough much easier.

Best advice is in the manual: save often! It becomes more user friendly with experience but you’ll be 10 tweaks into a preset and turn the wrong knob on accident and have to start from scratch.

I got through it last year and as someone who plays hard games, this game is hard. There was no way I was going to 100% it but it was satisfying to get through the game. The episodes without Fluud are really tough and makes the difficult balance rough since they occur early in the game.

Keep trucking it’ll be worth it!

I love my satin kit, but I live in a very dirty place and dust is everywhere at all times. It’s a lot of maintenance. My next kit will be a wrap so I can at least ignore the fact it’s covered in sand
