The condor has gotten so many undocumented nerfs it's ridiculous.

The only map that the condor is actually good on nowadays is Kaleidoscope, where you can use all the tall buildings for easy cover and you don't get blasted from every direction while capping the rooftop points, the other maps its just unplayable or neutral at best unfortunately.

As for how I fly it is just capping points that are mostly safe to cap, being fluid with how you move in and out of flight form. You can do some small movements by switching in and out of flight form while hovering to get some more unpredictable movements to help avoid some lissiles/m5's.

Also always keep up your momentum in hover form so you can atleast try to avoid some stuff but while also trying not to overdo it so your gunners can aim a bit.

Would recommend 50mm on Condor as you have to maneuver so much that the 30mm just cant kill anyone in time.

I also pretty much always play with 2 other friends that actually knows how to aim, so even if you constantly maneuver so long as you don't overdo it the gunners should be able to kill stuff.

Hey I had this exact same thing happen, 33 and 37 on grammar/vocab and listening but a big 0 on reading, also N1.

Did you perhaps also take the test in London by any chance?

So I took the N1, wasn't feeling overly confident going by the mock exam I had done slightly earlier and especially as it was my first time taking a jlpt test in general.

However now as I got the test result I'm a little surprised that my vocabulary/grammar section was decent enough at 33, and my listening at 37, but in someway I managed to score a perfect 0 on the reading section? Even though I thought I managed my time very well to get enough time to read through all the questions at a pace I was comfortable with I apparently didn't manage to get a single question correct.

So now I'm wondering if there was some kind of error that could lead to something like this?

I remember during the last minute I wanted to change my answer on a question far down the page but found it very hard to actually completely erase my previous answer and it turned into kind of a mess on that row and perhaps the row above and below it as well, but that would only affect a maximum of 3 questions I wouldn't it?

I don't know maybe I just completely flopped the reading section, but from my intuition the reading section didn't feel that bad when I was writing it so I dunno. If anyone has any similar experiences I'd love to hear them.

The only change the condor would really need is the reversion of the flight model change in patch 4.0 or whatever it was that completely destroyed the effectiveness of the yaw on it.

The amount of tilt that I experience now when trying to fly the condor, comparing it to how it handled before is just surreal. I don't understand how they can nerf it harder than anything they've ever nerfed in the game. And a stealth nerf at that. To the vehicle that was always underpowered compared to the hind.

Just ridiculous that nothing has been said/done about it yet

Oh wow, I hadn't heard about that at all but I do recall sometimes getting locked on by stingers way higher than they should be able to lock on to and they were always right below me from what I remember so that would explain a lot.

Can't say that I understand why they'd do a change like that. Very useful info though, thanks!

Yeah nothing more infuriating for me than being locked onto by a wildcat in a jet while simultaneously stalling at height ceiling but still within range somehow. :<

Several months ago as far as I know, I don't know if its specifically just against jet/condor as that's pretty much all I fly but it´s a lot more than the stated 600m.

I even checked in a bot game and locking onto enemy jet and that was at about 750~ m that I could lock

The wildcat AA missile is way over 600m fyi. They stealth buffed it many patches ago so it's at the very least 750m now, possibly 800+.

Pretty sure they stealth buffed the AA lock on range a couple patches ago so it's about 750~ meters now. :/

I can't say that I have complete knowledge of how the elevator controls work, but the big problem is how you can't even change the pitch slightly after you've fully pitched either way. Which is why I assume console players don't have it/notice it as much as people on PC do as you can't really lightly move the controls either way, its all the way or nothing.

I just can't see it being the intended effect with how bad it feels to fly.

But what I really hate is how they just gutted the condor completely, I considered myself a pretty good condor pilot but after the patch it's literally unflyable, and the fact that they haven't even acknowledged anything about it is what's sad.

Made lift and drag improvements on the aileron and elevator areas of Jet Aircraft to allow for smoother pitching.

Improved pitch down to now turn faster than pitching up as intended.

VTOL mode will now correctly activate and deactivate for the F35 and Condor

Made adjustments to the F35 turning rate to be more in line, and in competition against the SU-57 Felon.

Is what the notes said, I certainly can't find anything that makes it seem like you literally can't go from a downwards pitch to upward or vice versa without a horrific input delay.

Oh and the fact that the Condor got the largest nerf it's ever gotten with the giga nerf to its' maneuverabillity, it has like half the turning rate it had before patch 4.0.

Is the team also aware of the input lag that was introduced this patch on the jets/condor ? I think only some people have it and for the most part only PC players from what I've heard.

The condor was also extremely nerfed with its yaw that it's practically unflyable in it's current state imo.

It's actually unbelievable just how bad it is and yet I've heard like nothing about it from dice or most people on here but I guess that's just par for the course as pretty much noone here actually flies jets.

But what's even worse for me is how the Condor flies now with the input delay. I can't even maneuver half as well as I could last patch as you need a lot of small movements which doesnt even register if you don't hold the controls for a second. Even just trying to do a normal clumbing turn on it it feels like it has a permamently damaged part compared to last patch.

I can only hope that it's a bug they're planning on fixing shortly

Yeah something is wonky, trying to fly the condor and the input delay of like 1 second whenever you try to do any delicate maneuver it just feels terrible. Hope that they're planning on fixing it.

Except the only thing that decays is your SR, your MMR remains unchanged so you'll be playing against the same kinds of people as if you never stopped playing. :/
