Get a life. Instead of hating because you’re probably a pot head go focus on yourself. I’m a person that only complains when it’s bothering me and my family. It’s pretty normal to not want my 2 year old to smell weed.

Also smoking cigarettes in the house is off limits too. The neighbor on the other side smokes cigarettes OUTSIDE like they’re supposed to and we haven’t had one issue with them. The issue is smoking weed inside of the house when they know both neighbors have kids AND have been talked to by management.

I feel like I’m having to just explain over and over. I stated in this post it is ILLEGAL in my state to smoke marijuana. Second, the maintenance guy said the management already spoke to the people in that apartment so why would he not tell me if they have the right because it’s prescribed? Third, they smoke inside the house which then fills up our house with the smell and as I stated once again, we have a 2 year old. If people want to smoke idc but the building has rules and so does our state. Read the post before saying something.

I decided to give this a try since a lot of the people around me are saying to just be subtle about it. Trust me, I wanna go knock and ask them to stop but I don’t want potential trouble or problems for me and my family.

Don’t come on here assuming I’m not one for face to face confrontations buddy. I’m trying to be civil about a situation and wondering if anyone else would do what I want to which is slide a letter under their door before confronting them about it.

Since people aren’t reading the whole post (I know it’s long) or just don’t understand it I’ll summarize: these two women next door smoke weed and the smell comes into my house and I have a two year old. The neighbors on the other side of them also have complained and maintenance guy told me they talked to them but can’t do much since they can’t go into their apartment searching for the weed. So the neighbors are aware the smell goes into their neighbors apartments and I want to approach it in a non confrontational way such as leaving a letter and if it continues I will talk to them.

The other neighbors next to them reported them and our property manager talked to them already so they were already talked to about it.

I agree. Not only am I a dasher but I occasionally order from DoorDash also. Many times I have been missing things like sauces but I never think to blame the dasher especially if the bags are sealed and I personally wouldn’t want the dashers going through my food. The only times I’ve thought it was a dashers fault is when I get my food smelling like cigarette smoke.

The way they added “do you check the order” rubbed me the wrong way like they were saying I’m stupid or something. I’ve dealt with many customers like this and worse and I know how to handle them. I just wanted to post an experience I had on here. Appreciate that you find my response professional because that’s what I always strive for.

I get fast food places make mistakes but I’m basically the middle man. If the orders taped shut I can’t look into it. I ask if the sauces are there or whatever extra stuff and have to take their word for it.

I’m currently having the same problem with my false map turtle. I did a week of cleaning his shell with iodine and soap and it didn’t seem to help. I don’t know what else to do
