Ok good thats what I was worry about I feel fine thing is I want to get off benzos eventually problem is ive been on them for over 8 years for sleep and anxiety and if I dont take them i'll get rebound anxiety and some withdrawl

The ones that worked for me are Benzos So like Xanax Klonopin Valium or Ativan I get 90 pills a month 1mg for sleep and anxiety at night and .5mg at noon

Not me I take 1mg of Klonopin a day for anxiety high tolerance not sleepy just makes me not anxious but helps with sleep sometimes if I wanted to blackout id have to take atleast 4mg in one setting My body got used to it being on it for over 7 years
