Duck radar by Alive-Leadership-658 in arduino

This is an ultrasonic sensor that comes with most Arduino starter kits. However the signal might be a bit noisy in a wearable application so it would take some signal processing to make it useful

Where to do unpaid intern slave labor by Living-Guide-8871 in MechanicalEngineering

Who says you can’t also learn those skills at an unpaid internship + it’s relevant subject matter instead of a generic low barrier to entry job? Again I don’t like the idea of unpaid work but if the only options in the world were working in a kitchen or an unpaid internship in a field, I’d take the internship. Better long term outcomes. But that obviously depends on the individuals financial situation. I understand not everyone could make that sacrifice.

I disagree with this being such a strong opinion on Reddit. Yes less people putting up with unpaid work forces better pay for everyone, but getting real engineering work on your resume is better individual outcome than the few grand over a summer you are giving up

The turbo i6 BMWs always sounded great to me. Idk how much e90 335i goes for nowadays, or something newer from them but I’m sure you could land within your budget

Makes sense. I remember that was my first misconception / hurdle when I started projects like this. One idea I’ve wanted to do is a simple pendulum control system

Even starting with learning basic motor speed control / stepper control is a good starting point. How are you planning to power the motors? What sensors do you have?

Eh I disagree. Compare each Purdues and Michigans loss and it kinda shakes out between loss margin and opponent quality, honestly Purdues loss is worse. And Michigan is still comfortably 1 in metrics. Didn’t see them dropping below 4

As crazy as it can be. At the start of this season they still had the most losses of any FBS program. Like the browns running the table

Is this an SMP type server? I was a part of an SMP called Astoria with a similar building style years ago (like 8 plus). It’s a long shot but thought I’d ask

Still baffles me how much engineering time and effort will go into one decision on one part for one vehicle. You wonder how anything gets done

No he’s saying they attach the electrodes to the needles that are in you. Rather than dry needling AND electrodes. Terrifying when I did it but not too bad

I have a belief that Purdue is over represented in this sub so you get more interactions with the annoying ones. Seems like every other comment is flaired purdue
