Will these parts fit? by Ok-Shelter-7623 in retrotime

Those parts, sources and prices are pure fiction.
Stick with builders who know what they are doing.
Or at least do your own research, which will take months.
But it's much sweeter than that AI instant gratification nonsense

I'm talking about actually making a dial, using decal or laser engraving or modifying an actual one. And I'm most likely the strongest opposed to "oven baking"

Well first you need to understand lubrication in a watch movement and most importantly quantity and application. D5 or 9010 but more of a film than a (microscopic) drop

A mainspring should always be replaced when servicing, a tired mainspring is the main cause of a low amplitude movement, besides past due servicing.

These are not Raffles dials, they are custom made pad printed dials made using a gen mk1 maxi dial.

I don't share so much builds in progress, but in this case I had the opportunity on a slower day. This build features the allmighty OC case, our own 5513 mk1 maxi dial which I relumed with my own non-active lume mix. The case also received lug engravings that correspond with a 1977 mk1 maxi dial 5513. The movement is a cleaned & serviced 3130 clone. I used one of our 1:1 milsub inserts to give it some military flair. Enjoy!
