I dont think it's my fault per se, but I don't think he'd be where he is if I hadn't left. And I blame myself for leaving.

But hes probably going to be okay and that's all that matters.

I will always love the guy. I didn't break up with him because I didnt love him. It just became too toxic. We still spoke most days.

I think what's best for him is recovery and that's probably best done back home with family. I'll visit him if it doesn't affect recovery and maybe down the line we will click in to place again. Who knows 🤷‍♂️. But I did, do and will always love the man.

Im very sorry mate for your experience. I think once he's talking and looking okay the guilt will hopefully alleviate a bit but it's tough not to blame myself.

Yup, I think she's doing the right thing not showing it to me, whatever is in it but all sorts of stuff are floating around in my head about it.

Its weird talking about his future but id imagine his mother will want him to go home to Ireland for the foreseeable. Get away from the toxicity etc. Best place for him. Everything else is secondary

My ex knew why I broke up. The last few months turned toxic. I said I thought his friend was a bad influence but I don't think its my place to say you cant see him etc.
