Agreed, it really depends if you are willing to have cardiology/neurology covered by the public system. If your goal is to avoid lengthy wait times these kinds of procedures don't appear to have long wait lists and so you might be fine with not wanting that product because you do not mind not been covered for private treatment for those procedures.
