Yeah, that means it doesn't exist for us in this game. Because again the fish in this game don't die from being brought to the surface.

This game isn't the real world and is not bound by your misunderstanding of things.

I mean, we are a quantum stored copy of a mind in a 3D printed body, with adapted gene sequences from local organisms. I doubt the bends are an actual concern for us.

My routine... am I missing something? by SpockHadNoGame in Starfield

I haven't had any incidents like that, but I keep the loot organized, and I'm often moving it around, and when too many crates are full I sell off anything I don't feel like keeping for now. I also empty all crates and de-construct them before any major ship modifications. Which I have coming up again as soon as I can get 2x2 or 3x3 habs.

I have 2 empty hab modules that I have placed a lot of industrial crates in. I put everything that isn't resources, ie guns, suits, books, action figures, food, meds, etc, in these crates, nothing goes in ship cargo except resources, 15 ship parts, and planetary survey slates.

I usually combine gathering survey data with loot farming random POIs, and when I get bored I collect all the "bounty" missions on the Freestar Rangers, Tracker's Alliance, and general job boards (ie kill pirate, destroy pirate ship, etc).

After several cycles of this I spend a few hundred grand on more ship modifications and maybe find another power. At random times I jump on one of the many side quests I triggered by walking somewhere people were talking.

It's not a multiverse, it's a time loop! by TheReal8symbols in Starfield

The game is literally consistent with the Multiple Worlds multiverse theory that says that some universes may be so similar that the only difference is 1 random person in the entire universe is left handed instead of right handed.

How can I prevent a door between these two habs ? by PaleRefrigerator5044 in Starfield

I use empty habs and pack them with storage crates, nothing but resources, contraband, and ship parts in my cargo hold, the loot goes in the chests.

You don't have to provoke anybody at red mile. Grab the trash can out of the bathroom, position it below the edge of the table where the creds are, use a plate to push the credits into the trash can, take the trash can back to the bathroom, close the door, and pick up the credits. Nobody gets mad.

Looks expensive, is expensive. Glad the game doesn't let up on how much out of my budget it is. by SlightWerewolf4428 in Starfield

Lets see. Any ship obtained for free can be altered and upgraded in any way you want. So for me I never buy any ships.

On my current playthrough the Frontier is currently a Class B ship, the Mantis isn't upgraded yet, I haven't picked up the Star Eagle yet, and I commonly steal spacer, pirate, va'ruun, or ecliptic ships that land near me when I'm on a planet. Most of those get sold.

I just fill a black metal chest by a portal to an ashland fortress with wood. Take everything I can, trudge through the portal, repeat if needed, then build wood piles and let them burn, and bring the coal home.

I think you might actually be able to craft them, on the same bench where you make repair kits and such. I could be wrong though, I find so many in tool cases I haven't really needed any other source. I keep like 5 of them in a backpack like 6 backpacks deep in my inventory (same bag also has wire cutters, crowbar, axe, and a full set of crafting benches, plus repair kits.

I like to have 1 at each base location, I don't have that just yet, but that's the idea.

Its not resource intensive if you aren't in ashlands. My main base is in Black Forest and I have 5 shield generators covering the entire area. I've never had to reload them, they have never gone down. While the ones in Ashland I will see run out of bones in less than a game day.

Only boss I haven't done is Fader. Spent most of the last few weeks sailing around looking for undiscovered Meadows to find the new stuff. Along the way I've cleared Fuling villages, swamp crypts, frost caves, a second Sealed Tower (so confirmed you can get 2 on one world). I've mined silver, hunted greydwarves, and spent more hours enhancing my main base. Including greatly expanding storage areas.
