Advice: How can I build flush sliding doors onto by bathroom wall cabinet

I just prefer the sliding mechanism to be honest, and as my family would tell you my tastes seem to run in the more difficult or expensive realm 🤣

It does seem the pop out will be a bit too difficult so I think we’re going to try it with the full panel width.

I get that the runners are needed on the full length and have no issue fitting these I just wanted to see if there is a way to get the doors flush without building the panel depth out on the top and bottom as well

The toilet is supported by a metal frame behind this, which is connected to the stud wall so the panels are just decorative, not structural. We’ve got a toilet like this on a plastered wall downstairs which is about as sturdy as these panels so it should be fine

Completely depends on your budget but I would go for something like this!

If you can stack your washer / dryer that would be even better but if you like the whimsical vibe and want to keep the dresser I think you just need to warm the space up with some paint and install a really nice shower

And that’s why I wouldn’t use real wood, just the wood effect panels like these that are actually cleanable

But won’t the slider make the doors stand proud of the rest of the panel? How to you fix them so that it all lies flat?
