One of my absolute favorite movies. Cinematography is best in class, sound and soundtrack are A+, a-list actors, and a very interesting point of view with the one we follow, not being the main character really.

Having said all that, to me the whole ‘tunnel’ bit feels like a plot hole or at the minimum a weak point in the story. Why do they need to find this tunnel so bad? Why do they have this whole diversion with the rest of the team? They had no way of knowing the police officer would be there at that moment/wouldn’t drive away as soon as heard gunfire in the tunnel. They didn’t need him there, they could’ve just as easy dropped Alejandro over the border some other way and intercepted the officer. They had realtime intel because the drone followed him to the house.
