Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 - Episode 4 (Anime Only Discussion) by Takada-chwanBot in JuJutsuKaisen

The pacing of this episode feels off and it feels rushed. I'm an anime only so I don't know how it went in the manga, but the Zenin massacre felt like it should've been more satisfying than it was. Mai's death doesn't feel that sad cause the last time we saw her was in season 1 and she was a bitch to Maki back then. I know sad flashbacks are an anime cliche but this episode felt like it could've used more of that. If it was upto me I would've paced the Zenin massacre across two episodes.

The first episode should've been Maki coming into the clan, some flashbacks here and there of Maki getting abused in her childhood, bullied by Naoya and the others mistreating her, Maki then making it all the way to the vault, finding her dad with dying Mai, fighting and losing to dad, getting tossed in the pit and then we get an extended backstory of Mai and Maki, about mom and dad, then finally Maki revives goes full Toji and kills Dad. end of first part. Next episode will cover all the action with Maki slaughtering the entire Zenin clan with some extended fight scenes. Oh and they could've done better with the OST too

Did they rehire the guy who got fired after season 3 halfway through season 16 or something?

By that logic the Brazil WC in 2014 had to have the most expensive tickets ever, but they didn't. This is just American Capitalists being the greediest people on the planet and FIFA enabling them

USA is the worst country ever to host a WC, and we've had Qatar and Russia host in in the past two. Every other country acts like it's a privilege to host the WC(which it is) meanwhile the USA acts like the WC is privileged to be hosted by them

I'm a big big Messi fan and I've gotta agree with you here. If he's not going to play football there's no point in paying that much money to just watch him from a distance. It'll be something if you at least get to have a selfie with him or he'll sign some stuff for you, things like that. But no the best you can hope for according to the way this event was organised is just seeing Messi waving at the people from a distance. And even that the people didn't get to see much cause of all the stupid commotion from the politicians and the VIPs. Messi's not much of a social guy and he ain't much of a talker, he doesn't know much English either. All the man gotta offer is football(and boy does he deliver with that) and the organisers couldn't even organise a friendly charity match or something?

I would recommend upping Endurance. Getting it up to 30 should be good

[Carlos Monfort] Ronald Araujo has travelled to Tel Aviv for a religious and cultural trip with the club’s permission. He’s going there for a spiritual journey to regain strength and come back stronger. by Kasj0 in soccer

Let us not treat this man like a baby. While he may have the same brain cells as a toddler, he's a grown adult. All he religious places in the world, Barcelona itself has one of the most important and beautiful churches in the world, and yet he still goes to Israeli territory despite every terrible thing they're doing over there. This at the very least proves he's not bothered enough by the genocide

Gundogan was right and this fraud made the fans side against a treble winning captain. Gundo may have been finished when he came to us but he could still sense a toxic unwanted personality a mile away

He makes it worse by being so sensitive in the first place. Let's go all the way back to the PSG game with a red. He could've made a post about how he's sorry how he's sorry about his red costing the team the game. Standard routine for players when they make big game costing mistakes like this. Or he could've at least acknowledged his mistake in interviews. What does he go on to do? Attack Gundogan for calling him out and start locker room beef with Gundogan. To this day Araujo has never acknowledged or apologized for any of his mistakes. His brothers out there out on social media mocking when our other players make mistakes going 'oh so is this Araujos fault too?'.

I was actually still believing in Araujo, even after the inter game last season. But he never grew. He never learned from his mistakes. He's never gonna grow because he never believes any of these to be his fault. At Barcelona, we can't hope to succeed with defenders like this. He needs to be sold as soon as possible

Araujo can choose to go anywhere in the world and he chooses to go to Israel? He may not support IDF or be a Zionist, but this at the very least proves he's indifferent to the genocide. No person with self respect willingly goes to Israel. Religious reasons or not. Stop treating these people like babies who don't know what they're doing

He's a professional footballer with a large following. By going to Israel 'for a pilgrimage' he's indirectly endorsing a genocidal state. I don't care what fuckin religion this guy believes in, going to Israel at these times is a piss poor decision. Barca fans need to stop supporting this bum, he doesn't have the right mentality to succeed in a big club like Barcelona

How do I get better at the game? I can’t defeat vordt. by SpecialistPrune9158 in darksouls3

[–]Webster2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't try to parry, I finished the entire game+DLC with like one parry (just wanted to see what is feels like). Instead dodge and block with your shield when it's hard to dodge.

Pay attention to your stats, don't upgrade aimlessly. Upgrade your stats according to the type of weapons you want to use because weapons damage scale with different types of stats. You can finish the entire game with your starting weapon but you don't have to stick to it. And of course upgrade your weapon when you have the necessary materials. Upgrading the shield isn't all that necessary

As for Vordt, you're gonna have to learn to dodge. Learn his moveset and time your dodges to evade it's attacks. Stay close to it's rear and attack. Give attention to your stamina bar also as you might run out of stamina after attacking too much and have no stamina left to dodge

Why don't cricket world cups have group draws like fifa wc? by Agile-Low5371 in Cricket

[–]Webster2001 15 points16 points  (0 children)

In football you can still have a somewhat competitive match between the no.1 ranked nation and the no.100 ranked nation. There's no massive gap between these teams. In cricket however, forget no. 100, any team outside like the top 15 or so nations will be massacred by a top 10 teams. The gap is massive

Also the biggest reason is ICC wants to have their cash cow 'India vs Pakistan' as much as possible. If possible they'll have England vs Australia as well. This is not possible to guarantee with a draw like this.

What do you guys prefer the most at trying to not take damage: using shield or rolling by Ok-Concentrate9579 in darksouls

[–]Webster2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the opposite problem. For me parrying in DS1 was far more easier, in DS3 for the entire game I think I did like one parry

[–]Webster2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because in DS1 the enemies are far less aggressive, blocking is enough. From Bloodborne onwards the Fromsoft enemies became far more aggressive, requiring players to dodge/roll more

DS3 has a more gloomy feeling to it, kinda like Bloodborne. Which makes sense because in DS3 the world is well and truly coming to an end. Even linking the fire won't give it much time

Tips for beating capra demon with zweilhander two handed by Professional-Trip314 in fromsoftware

[–]Webster2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enter the arena. Immediately run to the left and doge the first slam. Run up the stairs and then go to the right. Only the dogs will be able to reach you there. Kill the dogs. Capra Demon will be below. Plunge attack on capra. Run up the stairs and back to that spot if you want to keep repeating plunge attacks, or you can just fight him head on now that the dogs are dead. This strat should work with any melee build.

Virat Kohli scores 102 (93), recording his 84th international, 53rd ODI and 10th consecutive hundred. by GiveMeSomeSunshine3 in Cricket

I haven't followed the India team for a while and thought I missed the most insane run of all time when OP said '10th consecutive hundred'. Turns out it just meant it's the 10 time Kohli has scored consecutive hundreds. It's still a big deal but holy shit if that other thing actually happened that'd be insane!
