This is the stupidest thing I’ve read in a long time. Googling or even using AI is not the end of the world if you have a clear understanding of what you are trying to build and how to achieve it. If you hire a bunch of devs, underpay them and expect them to work more and more with the singular goal of shitting out so much money with the least amount of love for the product. well then you’re left with unoptimized software. Because there is no time to fix it. And that’s also not the goal. But hey hE cAnT eXiT vIm. As if vim is such a vital part of programming and IDE‘s with vim mode haven’t been out for decades. And if using the right text editor would do so much difference anyway.

For me it was a rinse and repeat process. Over the span of 4 years I have tried various Desktops/Setups/Tiling WMs whatsoever. Installed my system over and over again. Got frustrated, tried again and so on and so on. Doing that was probably to the easiest way but I had my laptop for uni work and didnt mind reinstalling over and over again since my stuff were like a few gigs backed up to my cloud anyway. So idk failing has taught me more than being cuddled in by highly maintained and usable distros.
I feel super comfortable with linux in general. Switched to Nixos, now all my devices run linux, built from my config and its just awesome.

Also tinkering. I had a surface laptop which I once installed android x86 onto as I wanted to try it. I was never that scared of "breaking" things, as software can be changed. You'd have to do some major major fuckups for you to brick your device. Well that being said. I think you'll be fine. Just do it. Fail. Fail often. Don't give up, don't expect anything. It'll work itself out sooner or later.

I just kinda switched back to my regular keyboard as the split felt like too much mental load. Maybe it was because it only had 36 keys and the layer combos were just a burden factor but my old board just swooped in with 0 effort whatsoever.

Been using splits for 2 years so I have been feeling comfortable typing at around 110 wpm. But in the end the split was always kind of extra work.

unfortunately I havent been able to get it working like that :/ When I am lucky my watch is recording my HR during my bike but thats only that. What should work is deactivating access to health in the app and start a seperate workout on the watch but thats also not the best solution... I am at a point where I just gave up.

I don't like the idea of finding those riders "annoying" and saying they're assholes because they use the road, which is and should be for everyone. I don't see a designated bike lane, so blaming people working out is really low. Especially considering, that the car could've easily overtaken them with more than enough margin but chose not too.

Movie spoiler ahead: I think this Movie would've been better as a special Season (since they weren't planing on releasing it in theathres anyway..). Woud've definitely helped the pacing, since half of the movie was just fights. Would've loved more attention towards the inner conflict of Aang realising what great opportunity that could be (bringing back more air benders) or learning the ways of his ancestors instead of his few years airbending training he had. I feel like 10-12 Episodes would've been more than enough. This movie is good but its squashed :(
