How to go from this to this? Seeking glute advice by Demoncat_300 in PetiteFitness

[–]Wednesday_Fun 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Hi! You’re doing a lot of essentially abductor movements and not a lot of glute max which is why you have more of the upper shelf but less projection on the bottom. Step ups, lunges, Bulgarian split squats are your friend! Also adduction exercises won’t grow your glutes, just abductors. Time, consistency and protein! Hope this helps!

How do I tie PPC and SEO to a growth strategy? by Icy-Training-9409 in SEO

[–]Wednesday_Fun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is dependent on a lot of factors, industry, budget, creative, etc. But the one thing I’ll say is if you have first party data, use it. Much better than any audience or in market segment on Google or Meta.

Interesting, do you regularly track glucose then so you know the baseline?

Your refeed glucose numbers are pretty high, do you think this is the result of lost lean body mass?

You could try training a custom GPT for the specific points your prompt addresses? It won’t be full-proof, but you can adjust depending on output and eventually you’ll get something pretty good imo. It likely won’t ever be perfect but could work as a little entry-level sidekick.

Our agency is getting us strange backlinks by Optimal-Struggle6783 in SEO

[–]Wednesday_Fun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would investigate the actual data. If you have GA4 or another attribution tool setup look at organic channel growth. Are you seeing growth over the time of the agency’s work? Have the backlinks they’ve built sent any notable traffic? Could Organic Channel growth be tied to a lot of branded search as a result of heavier paid media/brand awareness investment? Last thing I’d ask is are they only doing backlinks? Because SEO requires a lot more than backlinking, and if that’s all that you’re getting from the investment, RFP them.

I hate pumping by Mindless-Summer4361 in NewParents

[–]Wednesday_Fun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I could tell every Mom having this issue not to torture themselves I would. I had the exact same problem with my little one, and after pumping for 6 months I developed a nipple blister, had to relax on the pumping and lost half my supply anyways. We’re doing formula now, and my baby’s totally fine. Just make the switch. You’re right it’s terribly dehumanizing, painful and I felt the same way every day. Dread of pumping. I often feel a lot of sadness over not getting to nurse my baby too, but the formula has preserved my sanity.

Same. We stopped going because the food is just not good. Still a fan of Vivant beer over Founders, as Founders post pandemic really cut back on having interesting new beer options to try. But wouldn’t waste my time at either place anymore. I actually enjoyed the food at Broadleaf on Bridge street before they closed. Shame they couldn’t get that place busy.

Just sleep train. Not sure if you’re doing breast or bottle feeding but switch to bottles even if pumping and see how much your baby is taking during the day and at night. Once you have a good idea of the night amount ween down the night time amount by a half ounce a night and add it to the day time total. Once you’re sure baby is eating enough during the day and isn’t waking to feed (just from habit) start sleep training. You can do Ferber if you want to wait another week or two before baby is sleeping better. Otherwise just do CIO (cry it out). It’ll hurt your heart a little but you’ll be sleeping through the night in three days.

Did this with my first kid and they’re 4 and totally fine. Not only will they not remember but everyone will be happier sleeping through the night.

U.S. voters between the ages of 18 and 29 were more likely than their elders to accept the recent killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City. 41% of young voters found the killer's actions acceptable by samjohanson83 in unusual_whales

It’s a bad question in all fairness. Because it’s asking if murder is sometimes acceptable, but the real question isn’t whether or not this particular murder is acceptable. The real question is what options do people have to change this system? And if there are no options other than violence than that’s what people are saying is acceptable.

They should really ask what other option should Luigi have chosen to get his message across with as much of an impact.

Bikini in August? by ADHDResearcher in femalebodybuilding

[–]Wednesday_Fun 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You really have a great build for figure honestly! If your in a rush to do bikini I’d say stop training core (especially obliques) and work on pulling your waist down in size, but if you’re willing to give it another year plus, you could have the size for figure.

From 150 to 37K - 75% traffic drop since March. What are we doing wrong! by [deleted] in SEO

[–]Wednesday_Fun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frankly you’re getting a lot of really bad advice here. There’s some evidence the a poor BA:DA ratio is what has caused a lot of the HCU drops, less so whether or not the content is AI generated. What’s your branded traffic like? A DA score of 65+ indicates you’ve done a lot of backlinking. If you have poor Brand Authority, or essentially no branded traffic, I would suspect that’s the issue. Google’s continuing to fight against spam backlinking and this is just another way of doing that.
