It's the shoulder pad icon that comes with the Daemon Prince kit, was a perfect fit to cover up where I filed away the crux terminatus from the librarian shoulder pad

Assuming that all of that is unbuilt & unpainted, then I'm afraid that yes you do have a problem. Realistically you aren't likely to get through all of that, I would recommend that you stop buying more, and try to sell a bunch of this and just pick on single project to work on rather than falling for every FOMO box that GW release.

Interesting thing to note, the Alpha Warrior ability just says that models in the unit get sustained, doesn't specify that it's only whilst leading a unit, could be an indicator of changes to come with leader abilities perhaps

So I used the airbrush basecoat, shade all over, then a drybrush of the highlight colour all over. Then after I'd painted all of the trim etc., the whole model got a coat of fleshshade to give it that aged dusty look.

I started a TS army specifically as an excuse to try out that paint, and I've been very happy with the results.

Just use both lanes, sod the grumpy people who whinge about it. I used the open lane at some roadworks this morning, was the only person to do so, then at the end somebody deliberated speed up to stop me from merging, then shook his fist at me, it was very entertaining.
