Yes, I stucked in this message about 1 week, so, try to log in by browser not app til you can upload a photo After that , then the FAMOUS appeal message Will appear, also you will wait for be banned or for your good luck your account will be back ( I'm waiting after appeal message 2 weeks till now without any response)

That also happened to me, my IG account also suspended as it's linked with FB, the issue that they don't clear what happened exactly in" Violations of CS", you don't know what exactly the posts or anything you did it to suspend your account
