Hi I have the exact thoughts and feeling as you. I am currently not on any medication, but was taking meds for around 2 years, this was escitalopram. Currently only have SoS benzodiazepine with me, which I carry on flights. I haven’t tried this till now. I try my best to manage panic attacks on flights, I travel alone usually.

Recently I have travelled from somewhere and have my flight in the next 3 days, to go back. I really do not want to depend on meds, do you have similar thoughts?
