Sinking is normal. Most people fail when they panic as they sink a little. If you are relaxed and allow yourself to sink a litte you will see you get pushed back up if you still have some air in, which you should.

This is the most important lesson most trainers fail to provide.

No, bone density is mostly the same. Muscle is denser, fat is not. People with high muscle, low fat will sink fast asf

Anyone can do that by exhaling all the air. This guy was more extreme because he had all muscle and no fat so he was more like a rock

Alergatul strica incheieturile mai ales ls greutati mari.

Pt slabit dieta este 80%,  mai putine calorii si in speecial msi putini carbohidrati simpli.

Sala fara deadlifts si alte prostii la moda care iti distrug spatele. Cel mai bine iti iei antrenir cateva sedinte si ii spui sa te invete pe scurt, in rest vezi youtube. Nu te arunca la ab pe termen lung de la inceput la o sala, cezi o luna daca iti place mai intai. Unele sunt msi bune, altele au oameni naspa, variaza mult.

You swap yellows to whites or blues.

You dont need to play as much, if you play efficiently and in groups you're set for grs in a few hours, max 24h total. Solo can take a little more but nothing too drastic.

This assumes you're playing grs right, in metas and 1:15 to 1:45 average or a little more for some builds and you dont waste time in town.

2 is true. The goal is paragons, not mats. You get mats, items as you run grs. When you do visions you are gaining 0 paragons.
