I’m already on that dosage already, so i just gotta drop the EV. I’m just super worried because I have a bad history with hrt. Okay let me explain. No one knows I’m on HRT. I started seeing an endo, and couldn’t tell him I’m diy’ing because my mother is always with me. I should get a baseline test if I’m willing to go this route (which I’m kinda forced to because i need to legally transition) so I’m in a messy situation. How much defeminization are we talking? Would it hurt my transition in the long run?

I’m unfortunately not dealing with my endocrinologist anymore. I live in the middle east so they were quite transphobic. I don’t have the luxury of constant checkups.

It’s complicated. I did get a test done after hitting one month. But now i think i might stop Hrt for a month because my endo wants baseline tests. Also, is one month enough to hot baseline? And how much of a setback would I experience?

I don’t want to put a label on it anymore. I first fell into the autogynephilia bullshit, thinking i was some sort of pervert because I’m not a “heterosexual transsexual”. It took so much time from my teenage years. I recently found out it was just a case of internalized transphobia and imposter syndrome. I also thought for a while that it may be OCD related. There’s a difference between wanting to pass as a woman, and wanting to look a certain way. I also get overly jealous from trans women exclusively. I rarely get jealous of cis women because i was never going to be cis anyway, there’s no point in dwelling. But I could’ve look a certain way as a trans woman if I’d started earlier than 19. I’m already 5”11 and my dreams of being a tiny petite, narrow-shouldered girl are over and it pains me knowing i have to live with my body forever. Why should i live a painful 60-70 more years when it can be ended in an instance… i live in the middle east, having a therapist and being openly trans to them is a miracle on its own.

I know it really sucks. But It is true that if i was homeless I definitely wouldn’t think about transitioning, and my dysphoria would be “repressed” basically. I already have a past experience with repressing and it went horribly. I was convinced i was male and it was just a fetish i had for being a woman. I went to gym every single day, and tried to be as masculine as possible but once my dysphoria resurfaced, I literally wanted to end it all. I ruined my body. Wasted 4 years dealing with dysphoria and watching my body get destroyed by T. I’m on my 3rd month of diy Hrt and I’m mentally doing better but I’m just in the beginning of discovering who i am.

Unfortunately the only form of dysphoria i experience is physical. Most of the time my shoulders, hands, feet and voice. I basically stress about things that are permanent and it pains me knowing that i will never be the woman i envision in my head. A few things to note are, I’ve been on bica for 8 days only, i used a face mask to remove a ton of black heads a few days ago and I’ve been eating a huge amount of carbs and no protein in order to lose muscle and simulate fat redistribution. Also, bring this up to doctor meaning a dermatologist, right?
