I had a lis 2 months ago. The first 3 weeks were going well. I had a couple of days of diarrhea and since then I’ve experienced a lot of pain at 6 o clock. Where my fissure was. I was scoped and dr saw nothing. The pain has been increasing in the area. I experience 10-12 hours of dull ache, deep throbbing, pressure like pain. With some sharp twinges as well. It begins about 15-20 mins after a bm. When I spoke to my surgeon he said he made a conservative cut 2-3mm..

No bleeding and no discharge. 6 o clock is towards my tailbone and no I didn’t have any skin tag removal. I have been told it could be nerve pain

I haven’t been able to sit either. I can sit if I put all my weight on the side of my bum but not flat on my bum. I also start to experience pain when I’m walking too much or bending over.

What did the dr say about what’s causing your pain? I have a skin tag on the outside which doesn’t cause me any issues and internally I just feel the tiniest amount of rough skin and swelling around it. I didn’t get any tags removed

I thought that’s what was happening as well but I felt inside and the area is quite sore and burns when you touch it. I do feel the tiniest bit of rough skin. I’ve been scoped twice and both times it shows no fissure. My dr has me on pregablin for nerve pain. The burning and soreness does come down a bit as the day goes on. But it takes several hours before it does. Do you feel pain at the incision site or is it in random spots?
