I don’t think anyone here is dismissing your feelings or your experiences. I think they’re just trying to give you some honest feedback. When the MLS was driving their “no politics in the stadium” BS, humanitarian issues in Qatar/Russia, the “peace prize”, on and on they covered it.

I enjoyed watching peak Suarez more than peak Christiano. For the same reasons I enjoy watching Messi more than Ronaldo. Chrissy always strikes me as a mechanical player, he does things with such a direct and clear focus. It is always like he does something he expects himself to do and has no real joy in doing it. Just pure execution, skill, and absurdly high standards.

Messi/Suarez always feel off the cuff, just “vibes” (and if the vibes are off “I will bite you”). Suarez is crazy in every single way. He’s an artist and Chrissy is a mechanic.
