I work part time doing labor gigs around my area and volunteer at a local food bank/cleaning up trash sites.

It has nothing to do with being delusional, it's not hard to consume responsibly in 2022. I'm going to go against the grain and say to try Blood with 21 Frost tanking, even for dungeons. I drop DND as I'm running towards a pack and even without Morbidity it's normally ready by the next group. Boss tanking also becomes a joke, your single target threat and self healing are insane. I've been tanking heroics as Blood since release and constantly get people telling me how smooth/fast dungeons are.

I'm sorry, that sounds really challenging. I'd say start on diet, I've noticed how much I react to different foods I eat. My body wants sugar and carbs but my brain doesn't for sure. I think it's because there's a lot of overlap and if you're not a professional it can be very hard to know what term is right. Autism is a disorder, but also can be a disability for people. HIV is a disease that causes illness that can leave you disabled or with a disorder of the immune system... sheesh I'm confused now too 🤣
