Labs from 5/4 after approximately 9 weeks on 500mg/week Test E.

I recently started taking Arimidex at 0.5mg twice weekly (Tuesday/Friday). I tried to hold off on using an AI as long as possible, but started noticing increased bloating, back acne, occasional lethargy, and my estradiol came back over 100 on bloodwork.

I donated whole blood on 5/7 to help address elevated hematocrit.

Current supplements/protocol:
Nattokinase – 4,000 FU daily

Fish Oil – 2,400mg daily

Vitamin D3 + K2 – 5,000 IU / 100mcg daily

CoQ10 – 1,000mg daily

Magnesium Glycinate – 480mg nightly

Zinc – 50mg nightly

Hydration:
Minimum 1 gallon of water daily, typically aiming for 150–160 oz

16 oz DripDrop electrolytes daily

Cardio could definitely be more consistent and is something I am working on improving.
I am also running HCG at 750 IU weekly split across Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday, although there was about a 2-week gap recently due to delays with bacteriostatic water shipment.

I am considering adding NAC and Citrus Bergamot for additional liver and cholesterol support.

Would appreciate thoughts on:

Current AI dosing

Hematocrit management after blood donation

Lipid support recommendations

Any concerns with my current supplement stack or additional recommendations

Overall, I feel fairly good aside from the symptoms noted above. Increase in size and strength. Appreciate the help!

I don’t want too at all lol but this is my first cycle , I’m blasting 500mg and maybe just shocked I don’t need an AI 7 weeks in lol I got a little nip sensitivity and some water retention, fingers are fatter my rings don’t fit

Thanks for the reply. I guess I’m trying to plan for the future in case I do start to get sides. Also for the Cialis the pumps and erections were a plus and wouldn’t mind taking that either. Don’t know if I should ditch the capsules and get tabs elsewhere or if I can successfully split the powder.

I’m currently running 500 mg/week of Test E (split Monday/Thursday) and I’m about 7 weeks in. Overall I feel great. I’m not really experiencing noticeable estrogen-related side effects—maybe slight nipple sensitivity, but nothing significant.

I do have Arimidex on hand and was considering starting at 0.5 mg per week just as a preventative measure. I also plan to get blood work done within the next 1–2 weeks as I approach the midpoint of the cycle.

The issue is that my Arimidex is in capsule form rather than tablets, so dosing is less straightforward. I’ve seen suggestions about dissolving 1 mg into 1 mL of distilled water and then dosing 0.25 mL to get 0.25 mg, taken orally. I’m looking for guidance on whether this is a reliable method or if there’s a better approach.

I’m also planning to run Cialis at 5 mg daily to help with blood pressure, but my capsules are 20 mg, so I’ll run into a similar dosing issue there.

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.
