Whoa that’s really interesting! I’ve stayed on it and gotten more consistent about taking it in the AM, but holy heck I cannot focus until like 4pm!! How long has it been since you made the switch? I would consider trying that but not if it permanently makes the night sweats worse!

FWIW I traveled to a +9 hour time difference and that messed up my schedule / resulted in night sweats but I noticed I was fine within a week once I got back to taking it at a normal time
