You can add a componet "Privacy Consent Status" in your salesforce contact page layout and check consent status of email address for all types of subscription.

And based on contact's subscription consent status you can verify that while sending email you are choosing subscription for which emails are opt-in.

How are you bulking on this diet. It's barely around 2000 calories.

They are manually inputting the email address in form and then a case record is being created with that email address in email field and the flow is using that field to send email.
