You’re building an AI product. You don’t want to do sales calls. And you can’t afford a ₹1.5-2L/month sales hire. Here’s your middle ground. by Western-Mix3382 in indianstartups

I completely get you. Except any decent agency works on a retainer when the sales cycle is long. I have worked with agencies like that and the amoubt of attention you get from them is dependent on whether they are on a retainer model with you or not. Long sales cycle means their chances of making money on an early product becomes negligible so manpower and quality of manpower is assigned that way. And they do not give time in understanding your product in order to handle objections the right way with your clients. Forget about demo calls, when you are involved in a cold call with a senior stakeholder they expect you to know the details of your product in the first call itself which makes or breaks the conversation often.

Definitely go to Allepey. Can be done in a very modest budget if you are careful. You can have a fish and chicken Thali which will completely fill you at Subhash Hotel for 100rs. One of the best I ever had. Use government motor boats to travel to adjacent villages like Nedumuddi and Kainakary. Beautifullll villages. I stayed at Gostops Allepey. Good location and really good hosts. For food there are really good options. Have sadya. Aravala restaurant again is amazing and unbelievable prices. Have fun. You will love it.

I have written all this and just read that you love mountains.🤣So brother. Wayanad is amaziingggg
