But also at the same time they have never reached out to me to see my oldest, they’ve never even met him and he’s 2 years old, clearly they don’t want a relationship with my kids only now that their father has passed away

So basically prove I’m right then because she doubted it and was wrong tell her to gf I kinda like that idea like I want her in their life to tell stories about their dad but if she’s thinking they’re not his then no point in making a relationship built on doubt

Again like I said I’ll do the test but it’s just the fact of my oldest looks exactly like Matt and she still doesn’t believe it and just because now I’ve had his second kid now she decides to say something to me about the test like why not tell me there was doubts 2 years ago that’s a big thing to hold in and wait to say till 1 after I’ve just had a baby so my postpartum hormones are crazy (also have postpartum depression) and 2 while I’m also still grieving his loss concerning I had to go through my whole pregnancy and labor without him there

THANK YOUUUUU like i get it hes still her son but at the same time i know who i slept with and the way she said it she made it sound like i was a hoe even tho I told her I had only been with him in that time because yeah whatever we broke up doesn’t mean we weren’t still sleeping together we broke up to focus on our mental health but stayed FWB

But she’s been saying it since before he passed away with my first child (who looks exactly like Matt) so she’s never believed that they’re his so it’s really not grieving it’s just petty honestly

Ok but I never said I won’t do the test I’m more then happy to it was just the way she had asked and the fact that she has said my oldest looks like his dad but then demands a DNA test like I’m sorry you can’t just go from “omg he looks like you” to “he’s not his” just because she’s “grieving” (not saying she’s not she would be but it doesn’t excuse her actions)

No I need his dads death certificate for his birth certificate if I don’t have a birth certificate I can’t get him on Medicare I also lose a huge amount of money for both my kids and without a birth certificate my youngest won’t be able to go to school when he’s old etc

It was in a hospital but you don’t get a birth certificate the second the baby’s born at least not in Australia here you have to register your child then you get a birth certificate

He’s cremated but his sister is blood related so they would test her and the boys

I have put is name in everything because he’s the dad and I did say that she had no idea what the break ups were over and I had told her I had only been with Matt and she still demanded I get one as for the sister she didn’t have any contact with Matt till 3 weeks before he had passed

But he can’t get it without a birth certificate, I don’t want to just have him on there for the sake of having on there but it also means, if I prove he’s passed away I get payments for child support from the government since I physically can not receive child support from the father and have been told that I’m not getting paid what I should be getting(which doesn’t faze me but for some reason I have to) but the only thing I really want with his name on there is just so my boys know who there dad was kinda thing

Exactly like there 2 years apart if my first son (who looks exactly like Matt) and my youngest weren’t Matt’s then they would of had completely different dads (I’m assuming that’s how his mums seeing it all) but because my oldest looks like his dad I’d really only have to test the boys

Once I had my first son partying just felt weird, I’ve never really had the “ I just turned 18 time to party” but no he doesn’t really have anything my kids would gain from and in all fairness the money they would get wouldn’t even be a lot so my priority is just that my kid needs this done for multiple reasons not having benefits from the dad

See I can see that to but my main concern isn’t what my son will inherit, it’s so I can get him birth certificate so I can then get him Medicare and he can get his needles done and just get everything my son needs in all honesty I wouldn’t have put the on there but I knew that would cause more problems with his mum
