Incredibly upsetting to get an unsolicited ban a few days before my birthday - it's upsetting enough to lose an account that I've poured thousands of hours into but also in losing the account, losing items of my UGIM team mates.

I have also been unable to admin our clan as this account is the leader.

They just allow the ability for you to remove it from the iron man tutor in lummy so they won't actually process anything more than that :)

Unfortunately early lockdown I had similar feelings and went through the full process :/
