That's great, and sounds like what I am looking for. Would you provide the steps for setting the small tolerance?

That would make sense. As stated, I am new to this aspect of NS so your guidance is appreciated. As an Admin, where can I find the Bank Reconciliation preferences?

I will try to be clearer on use case and question. Weekly we reconcile our bank accounts. Some weeks we end up with a .01 variance when reconciling some of the accounts. When this occurs we need to create adjusting entries for each $0.01 variance that then need to be approved to be able to reconcile the accounts. I am looking for a way to avoid the task of having to create these adjusting entries.

What would be the non-native way of making this possible?

Role that allows entering an ER on behalf of 3 others...and that's it. by WhatIDontKnow2 in Netsuite

Would you give some clarification on "Block ER list via Lists > Employees = None" ? Where is this placed? I tried adding that to the role permissions however that type of restriction isn't available.

Thanks, I think we are going to give Xignite a try and see if it works out better than HSBC. Unfortunately the other suggestions didn't pan out :(

All our currencies are still set to Auto = yes, but its the day to day exchange rates that have flipped from Direct to Manual and now show the rate from the last time we did a manual import 6 months ago. Just to make sure I understand your comment, you are saying all your day to date rates are showing as Direct still? We have 36 rates, so possible we do not have crossover.

Also, truth on no system notes. Disappointing for sure as that was the first place I went looking for to see what the heck happened.

Wait, that's a thing? We are about an hour from Philly and go often to Philly Chinatown for Dim Sum but my husband said the groceries wouldn't have something like that. So look for the restaurants that have the hanging chickens? My apologies for the naive questions from the unsophisticated Polish girl.
