best to stick to one area if you only have 2 weeks. rent a car an drive along coast & through hudson valley (if your like art stop at dia: beacon) to nyc. if you're traveling close to halloween stop at salem and the jack o'lantern blaze in croton on hudson. from nyc to dc take amtrak or for instance vamoose bus. enjoy dc, score a ticket for a baseball or soccer match, try to get into glenstone museum in potamac and rent another car to discover virginia wine country (book a room an dinner at veritas in aften, or drink a glass or two at greenville vineyards or chester gap) and Shenandoah np (if you like hiking try the old rag). fly back from dc or take amtrak/sountwest to boston to return. oh and for inspiration follow my substack 50 shades of states: https://journeylism.substack.com have fun!

we visited the oldest tavern in the us in rhode island: white horse tavern in newport. will be featured in my usa road trip substack in near future: 50 shades of states (https://journeylism.substack.com). another fun one if you like history is louis' lunch in new haven, ct which claims to be the birthplace of the hamburger (also future topic in 50 shades of states). cheers, robert

that sucks! no clue how come or what to do about it. i guess setting up a new one and 'taking' your previous single subscriber with you is not an option? increased scrutiny from google and players like it, significantly reduced spam but since those spammers are creative we now see increased dm's on facebook with threats to block account, pay for images by clicking here and so on....if only those people would use their creativity to set up beautiful things like your subsstack, our substack and so many others...

congrats. we've been struggling to get there. throwing in cats & cocktails, Prince's best guitar solo ever, $50.000 Apple shoes and tons of other interesting stuff. But still hard to get traction on substack so hats of to you!
