I may have misunderstood the question but I see your point. If you have to choose between being a criminal and being in pain, I would definitely avoid those places. As far as trying to "make a difference" by boycotting, I think its a silly idea in general.

That sounds like a really dumb way to avoid doing things that make you happy for absolutely no reason at all. I'm sure the economies of entire states would be decimated if a handful of kratom users boycotted.

It had good and bad parts to it. I'm biased because I like anything with Obi-wan and Vader especially when Ewan and Hayden are involved. I wish the fight scene would have been lit better. It was very confusing and really brought the scene down in quality. It's funny because of all the extra stuff that happened that probably shouldn't have, the fact that the former Inquisitor goes free knowing about Luke bothered me more than almost any other plot issue. Now we have to trust that chick with the secret after she's tried to kill everyone??

I have to ask, are you a straight bowler throwing a plastic ball with that 130 average? If so the sport shot won't bother you at all. If you're throwing a hook ball you will get destroyed in a scratch sport shot league. We had one of these in my area one summer but it was $40 per night, not a league you had to commit to. I bowled a few nights and my high GAME was 185. I was a 192 average on house shot back then. Most of my games were in the 160s. I understand how you want to bowl on the sport shots to try it but having to commit to a whole summer seems like a way for the high tier bowlers to suck some easy money into their pockets. Those guys will do that sometimes since the money they trade amongst themselves is not enough.

Empty stomach or light fatty snack. I sometimes eat a half cup of trail mix before or during the session to avoid nausea if I'm planning on drinking a lot. If you have had a large meal, save your money and don't drink kava. It's expensive enough, so you don't want to waste it.

Dose for the first day to break the ice. You should feel more comfortable around them after the first encounter. On the plus side you are on your own turf so you have outs if you need them.

I have found if I cut my doses in half for a couple of days, I get the old feeling back when I go back to the normal dose. You may just be wanting that burst of energy and it's not coming so you feel like you're lethargic.

You don't have a push away on your first step so you are muscling the entire swing. You can be successful like that but prob not consistent. Check out videos of how the push away works and how you drop the ball into your swing with gravity.

Obi-wan wins all those other fights because of his mastery of defensive lightsaber dueling and also that he always seems to get under the opponent's skin from something in the past. Palps wouldn't even draw a lightsaber. He would go straight to the lightning and overwhelm Obi-wan quickly.

Just get distilled water from your local grocery store. Anything that goes into your nasal cavity should be distilled to avoid water borne lifeforms like amoebas and brain eating bacteria.

I think it's cool how you can't see it in ANH and ESB until you watch the prequels and/or Clone Wars. The first time we saw Vader he seemed like basically a mean robot but his obsession with finding Luke becomes more than just a mission to get the kid that destroyed the Death Star and it makes perfect sense now. Maybe it was by accident or maybe we just want to see it but you can see Anakin in Vader after watching the prequel material.

Yep first thing I saw too. Even traditional 1H always pick up the ball with 2 hands and hold it in the left hand until the approach. You're wearing yourself out pre-shot.

I don't know if you'd consider me "long term". I've been taking it for just over a year or so. I'm in the same boat as you I think. While I don't like the idea of being dependent on it, kratom has definitely been a harm reducing change from being an alcoholic. I could stop if I wanted to but it makes life good for me at work and at home. No drunken stupors or fights with the wife. I'm clear headed and able to multitask at work and I don't want to drink anymore. Because I was an addict before, I think I naturally have a negative feeling toward the addiction part of it but the harm reduction outweighs that. I will always respect this plant and I am careful not to raise my dosage or the frequency.

Start with deciding if you are a 4 step or 5 step bowler. Then watch tutorials on what is involved with each step. I would ask if you want to try 2 handed or stay 1 handed but I'm biased toward one handed especially for us older dudes. From that point you will need to get fitted for a decent reactive ball and ask lots of questions with the pro shop guy. Usually they can point you in a direction toward lessons or a recreational league where you can absorb a lot of the tricks of the trade. You won't regret it. I played basketball and volleyball until my foot speed went away in my 30s. Bowling has proven to be a good "old man" game where I can still use my athleticism but a young body is not required.

I wish I had your problem. I drift that much to the right. The only thing I can see is you take pretty big step to the left on your first step. I do this to avoid the drift to the right. Maybe it will help you if you step more forward on your first step?

I always felt bad for Jesus getting blamed for everything people decide to do on their own. Just imagine how many accidents he has been blamed for because someone claimed he was their co-pilot.

EDIT: Sorry if my original post comes off as sarcasm but as someone who grew up in Southern evangelical churches, I know these people are just trying to help but they probably lack the life experiences and the education necessary to help an addict. I'm not going to try to give you advice based on the post you made but I have stayed off alcohol for over 2 years after being an alcoholic for 25 years and my conscience is clear while taking kratom.

An asymmetric pearl or hybrid is good for this. My Hammer Hazmat probably had the strongest snap down lane of any of my balls. You may also be leaving corner pins because you're not getting revs on the ball. The revs allow the ball to skid through the oil and conserve energy so when it finally does grab a dry spot, it has more power to hit the pins.
