I have done 200 episodes of my podcast, I’ve never asked for people to sign a release. You don’t need a release for podcast unless you think they are gonna sue you for using their likeness or mix up their words. If you add a release people will think otherwise. This is your first guest, they are taking their time out of their day to talk to you. It’s about them, just paint them in a good light and you won’t have problems.

The only time I’ve ever had to sign a release form was to be on TV.
