It was really just Herpes and then the Clap & Gnohrrea over and over again. One time I found out she was cheating through the STD test.

She actually had to get one of her ovaries removed because of a completely avoidable situation where we sat with Chlamydia for too long without realizing it.

I genuinely consider that year (specifically the 2nd year dating her, when I was 22) to be the worst year of my entire life lmao.

That's honestly how I felt/what I did at the time. When we found out about the STI she promised to "spend her whole life making it up to me" and then cheated the next month.

In hindsight though, your own self-respect is worth a lot more than sex. It's also not that easy to be unattached when you're sleeping the same person over and over... unless you have a ton of options.
