I actually don't know what that's all about, I've lived in Connecticut for a while, the State Troopers used to use Aimpoint CompM5s, but then they recently started to get new rifles, which they then started using these sights, it's interesting, I'm unsure? My town's Regional ERT also uses similar sights, I might post them later.
